Linda Artola
Fiscal Sponsorship Associate
Linda Artola is an arts and culture advocate with over seven years of experience in philanthropy, and more than six years in journalism, public relations, and social media management within nonprofit environments. She is currently the Fiscal Sponsorship Associate at Pentacle.
Previously, Linda was the Program Associate for the Building Bridges Program at the Doris Duke Foundation, where she played a key role in managing a $4 million a year grant program supporting arts-based and media projects that foster understanding between Muslim and non-Muslim communities across the U.S. Her work included overseeing grant processes, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating program events, and contributing to strategic planning and evaluation.
Linda brings a rich multimedia and communications background from her time at Democracy Now! Productions, Camino Public Relations, and other nonprofit and arts organizations in New York and Nicaragua. Her skills span radio and video production, translation, event planning, media outreach, and organizational operations.
As a cultural worker and artist, Linda—also known as La Lin—is a vinyl DJ and collector, curator and event producer. She is co-founder of Discolocas, a project that builds space for women in vinyl culture. She actively contributes to working and supporting independent arts presenters and artists. Originally from Nicaragua, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communications from Central American University (UCA).
Caterina Bartha
CFO and Director of Financial Services
Caterina Bartha is a finance executive with experience directing financial management, fiscal controls, strategic planning, and fundraising in performing arts, education, and environmental non-profits. Caterina most recently served as the Director of Finance and Administration for Climate Nexus, a project of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors(2016-2024). and the Dramatists Guild of America (2011- 2016).
She served as Executive Director for Doug Varone and Dancers(2008-2010), and Company Director for Bebe Miller Company (2003-2008), producing critically acclaimed and Bessie award-winning Landing/Place. She was Company Manager for Jane Comfort and Company(1994-2008) producing multiple evening-length works including, Persephone at the Joyce Theater, Asphalt at the Ohio Theater, and Bessie award-winner Underground River. She is a founding member of Collective: Unconscious. She produced the critically acclaimed film Charlie Victor Romeo (2014), the live work of performance artists, Penny Arcade, Karen Finley, and Annie Sprinkle, as well as the Lower West Side Film Festival, the Collective for Loving Cinema Series, and the UNDERGROUNDZERO Festival.

Natalie Bonniwell
Pentacle Operations Coordinator | Unique Projects Associate
Natalie Bonniwell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University NYC, with a focus in Arts & Entertainment Management studies. Before joining the Pentacle team, she gained over 4 years of experience working in the operations and administrative side of the music industry, helping independent artists connect with a team of experts and educational resources at Cari Cole Voice & Music Co. Natalie has developed a strong passion for the arts in both her professional and personal life.
After joining Pentacle as an Administrative Associate in 2023, Natalie has transitioned into the role of Pentacle’s Operations Coordinator and the Unique Projects Fiscal Sponsorship Associate.
Anna Brady Marcus
Grants Manager
Anna Brady Marcus started her career in arts administration at Pentacle in 2001 where she was exposed to many areas of performing arts management and worked with dozens of dance companies and hundreds of performing artists. During her tenure at Pentacle she created a program to facilitate new explorations into media and dance, and founded Kinetic Cinema, a dance film screening series that ran monthly for four years. As a grant writer, she has over a decade of experience developing proposals for private and government institutions, specializing in funding for the arts. She enjoys putting into words the invaluable work that Pentacle does for the dance community and making a strong case for how important the arts are to our society.
Anna has her BFA in dance from California Institute of the Arts, and a graduate certificate in Media Management from the New School. She is also a writer of fiction and memoirs; founder of Anchor Your Legacy, a service for recording personal, family and community histories; and a performer and dance filmmaker.
Owen Burnham
Booking & Contract Coordinator
Owen Burnham, originally from Columbus, Ohio, graduated from New York University in 2022 with a BFA in Dance. Throughout his college career, he combined his budding interest in projection and video design with his contemporary dance training, creating digital elements and films for “traditional” and digital stages. Prior to joining Pentacle, he served as a work-study with the Dance Department at NYU creating and organizing files, providing audition assistance, and operating cameras as a videographer. He also assisted in live streaming and content production for Dance Medicine Education Initiative, founded by Andrea Zujko.
As a multidisciplinary artist and arts administrator, Owen seeks to engage the arts community in the exchange of culture, ideas, and open up accessibility to new perspectives. Owen is ecstatic to be working with Pentacle’s Booking Department and Administrative Support Program to continue his discovery of new pathways in his passion for supporting and engaging with artists.
Sandy Garcia
Director of Booking
Sandy Garcia has been Director of Booking at Pentacle since 2016. Prior to joining Pentacle she was a booking representative, international tour coordinator, and director of administration at Rena Shagan Associates, Inc. where she represented internationally recognized artists that included Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan, SITI Company and Martha Graham Dance Company among others. She has worked with major U.S. arts organizations in dance, theater, visual performance art and music including PERFORMA (NYC, NY), MASS MoCA (North Adams, MA), and Cal Performances (Berkeley, CA).
Sandy has been active in the dance field, involved in ongoing efforts to advance more equitable practices in national dance touring. She was a member of the Dance/USA Equitable Contracting Joint Working Group, comprised of agents, managers and presenters who worked collectively to advocate for the implementation of more equitable compensation and cancellation clauses in engagement contracts between touring dance companies and presenting organizations. She was also a member of Creating New Futures' Contract Working Group and served as an advisor for the Association of Performing Arts Professionals' ArtsForward Grants Program. Sandy has served as a mentor for Urban Bush Women's Choreographic Center Initiative (2022-2023) and the NYU Artist Development Program for Dance (2024, 2025). She served as Chair of Pentacle’s first DEIA Committee (2020-2023), Chair and Co-Chair of Dance/USA's Agent, Manager, Producer and Promoter Council AMPP (2021-2023) and Dance/USA Board Member (2020-2021). She served as a member of WAA's 2019 Governance Committee and is a current member of the Dance Manager's Collective (DMC).
Sandy has worked closely with RUBBERBAND Executive Director Fannie Bellefeuille to launch The Green Fund, an innovative eco-touring grant initiative that is the only grant of its kind supporting environmentally conscious touring and presenting practices while providing funding support to U.S. presenters.
Quincie Hydock
Director of Programming
Quincie Hydock earned her BFA in dance & choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. In 2013 she moved to New York City and co-founded a duet dance theater company, Q&A Productions. After volunteering as a production assistant at one of Pentacle’s APAP showcases, Quincie joined Pentacle’s staff in 2014. Before becoming Director of Programming, she directed and developed the Administrative Support Program over a 4-year period.
During her time at Pentacle, Quincie's excellent management and leadership skills have been honed through producing two successful seasons of the Pentacle Dance Series at the Rubin Museum; coordinating Pentacle’s Arts Administration Internship Program during a period of rapid growth for the program; serving as one of the program administrators working directly with artists in the ART program; and developing a successful pilot session of the Tour Ready Lab program. Being a dance and music artist herself helps inform her work with artists and better understand how to support their needs. In addition to her work at Pentacle, Quincie is a trampoline fitness instructor, the development associate of the Brooklyn Americana Music Festival, and a sewist.
Jacob Litvack
Operations and Program Associate
Jacob Litvack was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, where he developed a love for live performance at a young age. Pursuing his passion, Jacob went on to receive a B.A. in Theatre with an Emphasis in Acting from USC’s School of Dramatic Arts in 2021, while being Vice President of the Theatre Student Association and Marketing Chair of Aeneid Theatre Company. Moving to New York in the Fall of 2023, Jacob is excited to be joining Pentacle as an Operations and Program Associate to support developing artists and talents in the creative field.
Michael Membreno
Fiscal Associate
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Michael Membreno is a financial professional committed to supporting the arts community. A Brooklyn College graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, his goal extends beyond traditional number-crunching. He aims to be a collaborative partner who helps artists navigate financial complexities and support their creative endeavors
Lillian Osei-Boateng
Fiscal Sponsorship Manager
Lillian Osei-Boateng is the Fiscal Sponsorship Manager for Pentacle overseeing artist/project relationship management, systems management, as well as contributed and earned income administration. Prior to this she served as the Program Manager for the Arts at the Doris Duke Foundation. In that capacity, she oversaw the administration of the Doris Duke Artist Awards program and assisted with the supervision of a $15 million grants program focused on organizations and artists in the theater, contemporary dance, jazz and presenting fields. She joined the Foundation in December of 2005.
Prior to working at the Foundation, Lillian was the Program Assistant at Fractured Atlas, an arts organization that provides services, resources, and support to independent artists and arts organizations to help them better focus on their creative responsibilities. She has also worked in advertising, writing and editing for dance and theater magazines. She holds a M.P.A. specializing in nonprofit management from Baruch College and a B.F.A. from New York University, Tisch School of the Arts, Drama Department with a minor in journalism. She serves on the Board of Directors for Clubbed Thumb, a theater company, the Foundation for Independent Artists, and the Andre Cailloux Center for Performing Arts and Cultural Justice. She has also served on the New York Advisory Board for The Possibility Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to using the arts to teach young people conflict resolution and leadership skills.
Felicia Rosenfeld
Interim Executive Director
Felicia Rosenfeld has been purposefully involved in the performing arts and social service communities for decades. Felicia began working at Pentacle as an intern in 1983. She joined Pentacle’s Board in 1986, and then returned in 2002 as Director of Educational Programming. She became Director of Programming in 2006 and then served as Co-Director until June 2015. While at Pentacle, Felicia established an LA office for eight years and oversaw infrastructure programming in Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. From 2015-2018, she was Executive Director of Dance Resource Center (DRC), the service organization for dance in the Greater Los Angeles Area. She continued as DRC Community Advocate from 2018-2022. Since 2018, through FARconnector, Felicia has served as a mentor, thought partner and organizational strategist, working with individual artists and creative organizations to attain organizational wellness and professional health. She created DEFT, Dance Executive Fellowship Team, a fellowship nurturing thoughtful talented arts executives committed to strong flexible infrastructure. Felicia also practiced law for five years and then was Director of Product Development for Civic Research Institute, a publishing company focusing on the criminal justice and tax systems for eight years.
Felicia has served as a panelist for the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, the LA County Arts Commission, the Culver City Arts Commission, and the Santa Monica Department of Cultural Affairs. She served on the Dance/USA Board of Trustees for six years (helping create and co-chairing the Committee on Equity, Inclusion and Diversity), as well as on boards and committees for multiple arts, educational and social service organizations. Felicia currently serves on the Board of Directors of Arts for LA. Through her participation in Americans for the Arts, Californians for the Arts, Arts for L.A., Dance Resource Center, and New Yorkers for Culture and Arts Felicia advocates for support of the arts and for arts to play a role in all sectors on national, state, and local levels.
Upon being appointed as Interim Executive Director by Pentacle’s Board of Directors on February 1, 2024, Felicia worked alongside Executive Director Clarissa Soto Josephs to bring about a smooth transition before assuming full leadership on April 1, 2024. Her goals as Interim Executive Director are to continue Pentacle’s invaluable infrastructure support for its partner artists and organizations and to bring all its stakeholders together to build the next exciting chapter in Pentacle’s history as the organization approaches its 50th anniversary.
Brian Sounalath
Fiscal Associate
Brian Sounalath studied Social Economics and Theater at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he lived before moving to New York. Prior to joining Pentacle, he worked in accounting at the Creative Artists Agency, with responsibilities in accounts payable and expense tracking for agents. He has also worked in television production, managing an office for a writers’ room where he handled all expenses and payroll. Early on in his career, he was a night auditor for a boutique hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Additionally, he has experience working in casting, as a script coordinator for animation shows, and was also a professional actor. As a Fiscal Associate at Pentacle, Brian is excited to put his math skills to good use in supporting artists on their creative journeys.
