Pentacle's TEAM

Linda Artola
Fiscal Sponsorship Associate
Linda Artola is an arts and culture advocate with over seven years of experience in philanthropy, and more than six years in journalism, public relations, and social media management within nonprofit environments. She is currently the Fiscal Sponsorship Associate at Pentacle.
Previously, Linda was the Program Associate for the Building Bridges Program at the Doris Duke Foundation, where she played a key role in managing a $4 million a year grant program supporting arts-based and media projects that foster understanding between Muslim and non-Muslim communities across the U.S. Her work included overseeing grant processes, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating program events, and contributing to strategic planning and evaluation.
Linda brings a rich multimedia and communications background from her time at Democracy Now! Productions, Camino Public Relations, and other nonprofit and arts organizations in New York and Nicaragua. Her skills span radio and video production, translation, event planning, media outreach, and organizational operations.
As a cultural worker and artist, Linda—also known as La Lin—is a vinyl DJ and collector, curator and event producer. She is co-founder of Discolocas, a project that builds space for women in vinyl culture. She actively contributes to working and supporting independent arts presenters and artists. Originally from Nicaragua, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Communications from Central American University (UCA).

Natalie Bonniwell
Director of Operations
Natalie Bonniwell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University NYC, with a focus in Arts & Entertainment Management studies. Before joining the Pentacle team, she gained over 4 years of experience working in the operations and administrative side of the music industry, helping independent artists connect with a team of experts and educational resources at Cari Cole Voice & Music Co. Having originally moved to New York in 2013 to study dance and music and ultimately navigating to the business side of the industry, Natalie has developed a strong passion for the arts in both her professional and personal life.
She first joined Pentacle in 2023 in the roles of Pentacle’s Operations Coordinator and the Unique Projects’ Fiscal Sponsorship Associate. In her time managing Unique Projects, she saw first hand the importance of supporting artists in their journey to accessing funding opportunities to create sustainable and scalable careers. This experience gave her the platform to strategize and further streamline the operational systems of the program and see the direct impact that these initiatives can have on arts workers and artists alike. Since transiting to her current role of Director of Operations in 2025, supporting the application of those principles for the larger Pentacle organization and the efficiency required to do so is her driving motive.

As a grant writer, she has over a decade of experience developing proposals for private and government institutions, specializing in funding for the arts. She enjoys putting into words the invaluable work that Pentacle does for the dance community and making a strong case for how important the arts are to our society.
Anna has her BFA in dance from California Institute of the Arts, and a graduate certificate in Media Management from the New School. She is also a writer of fiction and memoirs; founder of Anchor Your Legacy, a service for recording personal, family and community histories; and a performer and dance filmmaker.

During her time at Pentacle, Quincie's excellent management and leadership skills have been honed through producing two successful seasons of the Pentacle Dance Series at the Rubin Museum; coordinating Pentacle’s Arts Administration Internship Program during a period of rapid growth for the program; serving as one of the program administrators working directly with artists in the ART program; managing partnerships with fellow arts organizations like Dance/NYC; and developing and coordinating the Tour Ready Lab program. Being a dance and music artist herself helps inform her work with artists and better understand how to support their needs.
