We’re looking for an artist, arts producer, or arts administrator to fill an open desk space at our office in the Financial District (Accessible 24/7!). Close to 1/2/3/4/5/A/C/R/J trains. Tons of amazing lunch spots/restaurants, and beautiful Battery Park just a short walk away. We are also located within walking distance of Gibney Dance (280 Broadway).

The window-facing desk is located in a private room in our office with a door that can be closed for meetings and/or general privacy.   If you’re interested in renting as a small company, the desk is large enough to fit two! There is a filing cabinet, and bookcase available for storage. You will also have access to our conference room for larger meetings, as well as our refrigerator and microwave.
