Drye Marinaro Dance Company presenting The Giving Tree
This work is a dance-theater adaptation of Shel Silverstein's beloved story about the nuanced relationship between a boy and a tree. Told through dance and ASL, we explore themes of dependence, sacrifice, and love, inspired by the lived experiences of our deaf and hard-of-hearing loved ones.

Almanac Projects presenting Dead Muse and Helpful Hints for Strength & Health for Busy People
Dead Muse blurs Chicano and Jewish histories in a darkly comic, genre-defying solo work where ancestral ghosts haunt a struggling Hollywood actor. Sharply minimal, wry, and viscerally danced, it’s a heartfelt journey through memory and the shadows that connect us all.
Helpful Hints is a playful duet where a 69-year-old dancer and a 35-year-old acrobat challenge each other’s strength and friendship. Inspired by a 1901 fitness guide, it’s a tender exploration of endurance, intimacy, and the ways we hold each other through time.

KAIROS Dance Theater presenting husk/vessel
husk/vessel is a powerful dance-theater work exploring the body as both a vessel of memory and a husk shaped by time, resilience, and loss. Through raw physicality, haunting imagery, and dynamic choreography, it navigates the tension between strength and fragility, presence and impermanence.

Tour Ready Lab works with choreographers, dance companies, and multidisciplinary performing artists who seek to increase their understanding of how to tour work outside their home base, create or refine their touring assets, maximize their conference experiences, and showcase during the APAP Conference in New York City.
Artists showcasing through TRL are independently represented, and are not a part of Pentacle's Roster. Each TRL artist has their own booking contact information and should be contacted directly.
