Pentacle ran a 2.5-year research project designed to test the efficacy of bundled administrative support services and mentorship in addition to monetary funds on two cohorts of artists who were transitioning from early to mid-career. Back Office grew out of Pentacle’s experience with Help Desk, and addressed the critical lack of direct affordable administrative and executive support for small and mid-sized dance organizations by providing participants with a part-time Managing Director. Read the full story
