Pentacle’s Administrative Resource Team (ART) is a research and direct services program for dance artists. ART provides capacity-building support to eight New York City based dance artists through one-on-one mentorship, administrative support, and implementation funds. The program seeks to obtain measurable, empirical evidence toward determining the impact of administrative support on an artist’s growth. Furthermore, ART allows participants to do more of what they do best: making works of art.
