Originally imagined as a stepping stone to non profit incorporation, Fiscal Sponsorship is now a sustainable model in its own right. We will take a closer look at Fiscal Sponsorship and how artists may actively fold it into their current business structure. This session will cover the inner workings and benefits of Fiscal Sponsorship and share experiences of fiscally sponsored artists through real life examples provided by Stefanie Batten Bland (fiscally sponsored by the Foundation for Independent Artists).
