Pentacle’s Administrative Support Program (ASP) provides direct administrative services for artists looking to build more sustainable organizational operations under the guidance of Pentacle and alongside a cohort of artists with similar goals.
Administrative Support Artists have included Urban Bush Women, slowdanger, Claire Porter / PORTABLES, Pigeonwing Dance, Dancers Unlimited, Thomas/Ortiz Dance, CoreDance Company, Dances by Isadora, Catherine Gallant/DANCE, The Chase Brock Experience, Smashworks Dance and many more.

FREE Fiscal Session: Grant Compliance 101 on August 4th, 2021
Pentacle’s upcoming Grant Compliance 101 Fiscal Session looks to demystify grant requirements, while breaking down the process each organization can follow in order to remain in compliance. Tune in to a Zoom webinar with Director of Fiscal Services, Alex Goleman on Wednesday, August 4th at 3:00pm ET.
Raphael Xavier is on the road this summer. First stop: The Yard!
Pentacle Roster Artists, Raphael Xavier will be developing his NDP funded work XAVIER’S: The Musician & The Mover followed by city-specific commissions of last year’s outdoor extravaganza KOLÂDE-XCOPE for DANCECleveland (Cleveland, OH) on Saturday, August 21 & American Dance Festival (Durham, NC) on Saturday, August 28.
COMMUNITY PROGRAM RECAP: STEP N’ PAINT!
Community Partner, Grand Street Guild celebrated the end of the school year with an outdoor festival! Pentacle Teaching Artist, Anna-Kay Smith led a face paint activity while Program Assistant, Shana Spears guided community participants through a powerful step dance class. With over 150 attendees, this was a great way to kick off the summer with artistry!
